The Associated Press material notes that the agreement was reached after the player’s three-year contract with the team expired, and that the Ducks have a new contract with Mintyukov. AP’s publication also indicates that Mintyukov would have been the Ducks’ agent for the first three seasons. During the first three NHL seasons, he played 204 games and recorded 17 goals and 52 assists. Mintyukov would have been the Ducks’ 10th player selected in the 2022 draft.
