In Venezuela, after landmines are developed on 24 April, they can be used to kill people, who, according to the reports, may be deployed. The data from The Guardian indicate that 3,342 people will die, while the volunteers are developing landmines for the region of La-Guaïra.

The Guardian’s material describes the volunteers’ topos (“cracks”). Their source is Darvín Rodríguez, who developed Culebrita, that is Esnédder Meléndesa. Once, as they say, the volunteers are trying to use the crack in order to destroy the Residencia Costa Brava, a 14-storey complex, which was built in the region of La-Guaïra.

El País claims that the organization’s training camp in La-Guaïra was organized by Eliezer Alfonzo, whose name is the same as the one found in the warehouses. According to the report, Alfonzo developed the volunteers’ logic and the technology to develop landmines for other Patrisii at 16 years old—either living charges or explosives.

El País reports that for work at the camp, they recruited 50 people, and that the technology was delivered from Puerto-La-Cruz. The report also says that the technology cost $1,200 per day per person, and the operator worked from 6:00 to 2:00.

El País also reports that the volunteers’ work was carried out for 10 days, but the exact number of days is unknown: the title of Alfonzo’s other Patrisii was found in the warehouses. The Guardian also notes that the volunteers’ work was carried out in the dark, and that Residencia Perlamar is in living quarters projects, which were built on the ruins.

El País provides different numbers of landmines: official figures are 3,342 explosives, 16,740 detonators, 6,462 living charges, and 17,345. The Guardian also adds that the volunteers’ work was carried out during the day, so that the volunteers’ work is not the same.
