  • Trainer Johnatan Morgan told Chesterfield Coroner's Court that he had sworn that Maddei Cusack was “generally a liar” before the Football Association.
  • As part of the evidence, Maddei Cusack, 20 September 2023, was found to have been unable to be present at the match between Devid and Horsley, Derbyshire, and that both days she had been unable to be present.
  • During the hearing, Morgan said that Cusack had been drinking tea, and that he had been drinking tea, and that he had been drinking tea. The investigation found that Cusack was “ablying” in the match, and that he had been drinking tea.

At the inquest, Chesterfield Coroner's Court ruled on the death of Sheffield United player Maddei Cusack, trainer Johnatan Morgan said he had told the Football Association (FA) that she was “generally a liar.”

In the evidence, 27-year-old Cusack, 20 September 2023, was found to have been unable to be present at the match between Devid and Horsley, Derbyshire. The same day, she had been unable to be present.

Morgan, who trained Cusack since February 2023, explained that commenting on “ablying” involved, in his view, that Cusack, during her death, had omitted a lot of information about what happened. He also said that, as Morgan put it, Cusack “omitted a lot of information” during the time when she died, and that this was the reason why the FA had found her guilty.

At the inquest, it was also said that FA had concluded that Cusack had omitted a lot of information, while Morgan said that she had been unable to be present. He said that, in his view, Cusack had been “anxious” and that the reason was that she had been unable to be present at the club match.

During the inquest, Morgan said that she had been drinking tea, and that Cusack had been drinking tea during the match. Morgan said that, at the time, he had not been aware of the circumstances, and that he had been “tongue-in-cheek” and that he meant it to be taken as a bit of banter, and that he had not intended to be serious.

After the hearing, Morgan was asked about the circumstances, and it was said that he had been unable to be present. In particular, he said that Cusack at Sheffield United was not as critical as she had been at Leicester City, and he also said that the “Mrs Cusack” remark was intended as a joke. The inquest heard.
